My name is Jodi Crosby and I am in business to help you get back to doing what you love. I am the owner and operator of Smart Virtual Assistant For You virtual administration services. I have over 20 years of administrative experience in various roles from Office Manager to Executive Assistant to Controller for a small business. At Smart Virtual Assistant For You, I provide a full range of executive and social media adminstrative services that will propel your business to the next level.

In my various roles at Cisco Systems, GE Security and a small Pharmaceutical Benefit Consulting company, I’ve learned the importance of communication and listening to exactly what a client/manager is asking to be delivered. My responsilbities have included Customer Service, Human Resources, Executive Administration, Controller/Bookkeeper, Information Technology, Marketing, Inside Sales, Forecasting, Travel Arrangement, Event Planning.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve developed a strong desire for helping businesses work more efficiently. I enjoy helping create new and innovative ideas and ways to help you build your business and operate more effectively. My goal is for this passion of mine to assist and make you more productive. I am the mother of an almost 3 year old son and wife to a very busy husband. We live in a small community just south of Portland, Oregon. Being able to spend time with our son as he grows and makes his first inroads into school this winter is very exciting and rewarding.
