We understand that every business is different and your needs are going to be unique. Because of this, we offer flexible and competitive options to meet your goals and stay within your budget. HOURLY SERVICE
$45.00 per hour – Includes all services: General Office Support, Financial, Desktop Publishing, Online Presence. All services are billed in 15 minute increments (1 hour minimum required). We also require a 50% deposit of the estimated hours shown in the project quote provided prior to start of any project. The balance is due upon the completion of the project. The deposit for projects may be waived after six months of a solid payment history. Hourly billing requires a signed contract.
RETAINER SERVICE PACKAGES
Would you like to guarantee we have a certain amount of time set aside for your projects each month? Retainer Packages are available in increments of 10, 20 and 30 hours per month allowing you the security of our availability. Retainer Packages are billed on a monthly basis at the end of each month. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and is late on the 10th of the month. Retainer Packages also include the benefit of a 10% discount. A signed contract is required for retainer packages.
Ten Hours/Month – $360.00

Late Payments:
Payments not received within 10 days of invoice are subject to a $10 per month service charge that will be added to the invoice until paid.

Returned Checks:
Returned checks will be charged a fee of $35 per check and terms in which payments are accepted will be reviewed and potentially revised at our discretion.
